LTTE's Proposal - A Historical Event
The historical event of handing over the Interim Administrative proposal has taken place at the LTTE Peace Secretariat in Kilinochchi at 11.30 a.m today, 31st October. In this meeting Mr. Tamilselvan has handed over the LTTE's Interim Administrative proposal to Royal Norwegian Ambassador H.E.Hans Brattskar.
 The Norwegian Ambassador told media that he would be handing over the proposals to the Government of Sri Lanka immediately on return to Colombo today. A press meet is scheduled to take place tomorrow 1st November at the Peace Secretariat in Kilinochchi wherein Mr.S.P Tamilselvan will brief the media on the various aspects of the proposals. 
In an informal meeting that took place in the morning at the Peace Secretariat Mr.S.P.Tamilselvan also met with New Zealand's Green Party MP Mr.Keitz Locke. The NZ MP familiarized himself with the current political situation and expressed interest in the nature conservation projects that are underway in Tamil homeland. Matters concerning plastic bags, organic manure, dairy farming, White Pigeon artificial limbs project etc. were discussed at length.
