
LTTE returns 15 youngsters to the transit center
Twenty one youngsters who enrolled themselves submitting false particulars, especially of their age to join with the LTTE, had been identified as under aged following action taken by the special committee appointed to deal with the issue of child recruits.
On 21st and 24th of April 15 under aged recruits had been handed over to the Transit Centre organised and managed by the TRO in co-operation with the UNICEF.
In addition, another six youngsters were handed over directly to their parents by Vavuniya District Political Head Mr. Elilan last week.
