People fishing along Mullaithivu shores attacked by Sri Lankan NavyOrdinary folks who were fishing in Chemmalai, a coastal village in Mullaithivu, came under Sri Lankan Navy attack on 16 July morning.The folks were fishing standing along the coast and were throwing their fishing nets into the sea. The Sri Lankan Navy opened fire at them from the sea. Two coconut trees near where they were fishing fell down after being hit by the fire. It is just luck that the people were unhurt although severely shaken
