As a result of that intimation at that meeting there has been improvement in the conditions that prevailed for the LTTE political activities in the SLA controlled area. At today’s meeting LTTE pointed out the problems that arose anew on account of the attitude of the SLA men. The SLA officers gave assurances that they would pay attention to the problems that were further existing. If only the SLA could resolve these problems and cooperate in accordance with the cease-fire agreement there would be lasting amity in the District.
