Victims of December 22 SLA bombing and shelling

one child killed and seven including a child were injured

Aerial bombing in the vicinity of Kilinochchi hospital at 6.30am injured three civilians including a 12 year old boy.

Aerial bombing again at 7.00am in the Mullivaikal region injured a 58 year old man and burnt down tarpaulin tents of IDP families. Several fishing equipment at the shore was damaged.

SLA shelling on Vadakachchi on the same day killed a 14 year old boy and injured a 32 year old man.

A 50 year old woman was injured in Vattrapali in Mullaithivu by shelling from the SLA Manalru camp at 2.30pm.

SLA shelling on the Mullaithivu hospital in Mancholai complex that is being vacated injured another employee. On 19 December two employees of the hospital were injured and its operating theatre was damaged by SLA shelling.
