Norwegian Ambassador in KilinochchiThe Norwegian Ambassador Mr. Hans Bratskar is in Kilinochchi today during a visit to Mullaittivu to see the devastated area and the welfare centres where the displaced are housed.
Mr. Bratskar had a meeting with Mr. S.P.Tamilselvan today 4 Jan 2005 in the LTTE HQ. Relief arrangements in the welfare centres and modalities of humanitarian delivery were among the matters discussed in the meeing. Associated with Mr.Tamilselvan was Dr.Jay Maheswaran, Economic advisor.
