
LTTE releases more under age youths
During the period of April and May, LTTE released 16 youths aged 15, 16 and 17 back to the family after they joined the movement lying about their age.
A further 17 youths who did not want to go back to their family were joined in the ESDC (Education and Skill Development Centre), run by TRO with ILO (International Labour Organization) funding for war affected youths. List of the names of these 33 youths were also handed to UNICEF and ICRC. A further 18 youths are in the process of being released.
