Five LTTE members abducted by SLA in TrincomaleeOn 25th February, five LTTE members traveling from Muthur to Iralkuli in the LTTE controlled area in Trincomalee went missing. This was reported to SLMM at that time. Trincomalee Political wing head Elilan has sent another letter to SLMM giving further evidence including eyewitness accounts that the five LTTE members were abducted by the SLA.The five LTTE members who were abducted are, Thaninesan, Isaiarasan, Velmaran, Bagavathan, and Aravinthan. In response to the first complaint lodged with SLMM, the SLA had said that they did not arrest anyone like that. Elilan said that the eyewitnesses will be meeting the SLMM soon to give their accounts. 04 March 2006
