Activities of the GoSL operated forces – 28, 29 JulyJaffna: Sivasubramanium Vigneswaran (36) from Paalaavodai in Karinagar owner of the shop was cut to death by GoSL operated forces on 29 July. His body was found his bed, at his home located in Nachimarkovilady. There is a SLA camp 50 metres from his house.Jaffna: Kapilraj (18) was shot and killed by the GoSL operated forces in Urumpirai. Kapilraj was on his way to his friend’s house, 200 metres from his house. Residents said that GoSL operated forces hid themselves in the shrubs and before the attack. Batticaloa: Subramaniyam Krishnamoorthy (28) was abducted by GoSL operated forces when he was leaving a playground after he played soccer in Thalavi on 28 July.
