New Senchcholai complex opened by the National LeaderA new complex for Senchcholai, home for the children who have lost both parents, was opened by the TamilEelam National Leader Mr. V Prabakaran on 15th January. Many guests including LTTE Commanders and members participated in this ceremony.
This new complex includes 11 residential blocks, one block for infants, an administration block, a skill development center, a cultural hall, a health center, a library, study halls and a children park. Senchcholai was established in 1991 in Sandilippay. Presently it is taking care of more than 240 girls who have lost both parents.
